If there is an accident on a bus or a smoke, there will be help to the people nearby. Who would have helped to reach a maximum flying height of 50,000 feet? If the plane falls on the uninhabited islands, there is no water to drink. Such accidents cause deaths and more absorption.

The plane crash is confirmed and the condition of relatives still inadequate to the corpse of blood and flesh of the victims is still poor. Over the last century, more than 125 airplanes have vanished and have not been available since intensive search hunt. What is their position? Nobody knows.

In the year 2014 alone, 8 air accidents occurred. The first accident, which began on February 11 in the Algerian aircraft, Lockheed C 130 Hercules, continued on December 28, the Indonesian Airbase Air Asia,

C 130 Hercules

C 130 Hercules, which was heading to Algeria with 74 passengers and 4 employees, crashed into Mount Fertace due to bad weather. Only one survived. Others got 77 bodies.

Emhac. 370

The event that shook the world took place on March 8. MHH traveled with Malaysia to 239 passengers along with 12 Malaysian employees towards Malaysia. The flight of 370 is not yet known.

Within one hour after the commencement of the flight, the plane departed from the control room and withdrew from the planned path. The search for the late M.H.707, unable to be monitored by Radar, has continued to work for the past 10 months. Perhaps the passenger survived, however, that these days are less likely to live without external connections.

.17 emhac

Within the next few months, the same Malaysian Airlines MH17. M.H.17 departed from Kuala Lumpur on July 17 lost contact with the control room in the Russian-Ukrainian border. The number of passengers on the plane that was allegedly shot down by pro-Russian separatists was targeted by a target-to-air missile 298.

Flight 222

In the next six days, the accident occurred in Taiwan on July 23. Local airplane, Transcexia Airways Flight 222, lost control after landing and crashed into a building on the island of Bengkai, killing 48 passengers. Only 10 people survived.

Flight 5017

The next day, 118 people died in Algeria in a plane crash. The discovery of radar is not yet known due to accident.

Flight 5915

Domestic accidents of succession proved to be entirely wrong in the international borders that air accidents are going on. The flight from Tehran, Iran, in Tehran, in August, fell into a residential neighborhood near Azati Stadium due to the repair of the engine with the flight from Sebahan Airlines Flight 5915. 39 passengers died in the accident.

Flight 8501

Yesterday (December 28), the Indonesian Air Asia Flight 8501, from Sarpi to Singapore, was mesmerized while crossing the Java. This plane in intensive searching is suspected to be underneath the ocean. In emergency situations, Indonesia and neighboring countries have not received any signal from these devices that send threats. Need to speed up the necessary measures; Emhac. This should not happen to 370.

Causes

The availability of technical difficulties, availability of pilots, climatic changes, loss of control of the aircraft, and uncertainty in the plane crashes.

It is possible to postpone birth and death today. We have new technologies to travel quickly and comfortably. But have we improved the safety of air travels?

We're going to take a short while to travel. That's not to let our life be shortened

FLEXIBLE MANUFACTURING SYSTEM:

                    FLEXIBLE MANUFACTURING SYSTEM

Image result for FLEXIBLE MANUFACTURING SYSTEM:
A flexible manufacturing system (FMS) is a configuration of computer-controlled, semi-independent workstations where materials are automatically handled and machine loaded. An FMS is a type of flexible automation system that builds on the programmable automation of NC and CNC machines. Programs and tooling setups can be changed with almost no loss of production time for moving from production of one product to the next. An FMS system has three key components:
1. Several computer-controlled workstations, such as CNC machines or robots that performs a series of operations.
2. A computer-controlled transport system for moving materials and parts from one machine to another and in and out of the system.
3. Loading and unloading stations.
Workers bring raw materials for a part family to the loading points, where the FMS takes over. Computer-controlled transporters deliver the materials to various workstations where they pass through a specific sequence of operations unique to each part. The route is determined by the central computer. The goal of using FMS systems is to synchronize activities and maximize the system’s utilization. Because automation makes it possible to switch tools quickly, setup times for machines are short. This flexibility often allows one machine to perform an operation when another is down for maintenance and avoids bottlenecks by routing parts to another machine when one is busy.
Figure shows the layout of a typical FMS, which produces turning and machining centers.1 Specific characteristics of this FMS include the following:
v    The computer control room (right) houses the main computer, which controls the transporter and sequence of operations.
v    Three CNC machines, each with its own microprocessor, control the details of the machining process. Two AGVs, which travel around a 200-foot-long oval track, move materials on pallets to and from the CNCs. When the AGVs’ batteries run low, the Central computer directs them to certain spots on the track for recharging.
v    Indexing tables lie between each CNC and the track. Inbound pallets from an AGV are automatically transferred to the right side of the table, and out-bound
Pallets holding finished parts are transferred to the left side for pickup.
v    A tool changer located behind each CNC loads and unloads tool magazines. Each magazine holds an assortment of tools. A machine automatically selects tools for the next specific operation. Changing from one tool to another takes only 2 minutes.
v    Two load and unload stations are manually loaded by workers; loading takes 10 to 20 minutes.Image result for FLEXIBLE MANUFACTURING SYSTEM:
v    An automatic AS/RS (upper right) stores finished parts. The AGV transfers parts on its pallet to an indexing table, which then transfers them to the AS/RS. The process is reversed when parts are needed for assembly into finished products elsewhere in the plant.
A much more popular version of flexible automation is the flexible manufacturing cell (FMC), which is a scaled-down version of FMS that consists of one or a very small group of NC machines that may or may not be linked to a materials handling mechanism. The FMC doesn’t have a materials handling system controlled by a computer, which moves parts to the appropriate machines, as does the more sophisticated FMS.

In  the state of tamilnadu, A total of 20.8 lakh applicants have been granted to VAOs of the 9th standard of the Class XII, with the graduate students and graduates of the field.

The statement issued by Ramadoss:

A total of 20.83 lakh applicants for the 9351 vacancies in the fourth group (GROUP 4), including the Village Administrative Officer (VAO), run by Tamilnadu Government Employee Commissioner, While such young people have been enthusiastic about the need to join the state jobs, how would you have applied for so many lakhs if unemployed? The question isImage result for engineering

According to the Hindustan Times report, an exam for the for the Grade-D government post, a test for 30 posts of peons in the Directorate of Economics and Statistics of the Chhattisgarh government was to take place on August 30. But the exam was cancelled off when the officials received a massive number of around 75,000 applicants. The officials conducting the examinations found themselves not prepared to cater to this big number and cancelled the exam. Later, they officially announced that the examinations will not be held at all.Related image
This complete bizarre episode has once again brought up the worsening condition of employment issues of our country. The officials claimed that among many applicants, there were individuals who were engineers.
The statistics highlight that around 15-20 lakh students pass out every year with engineering degrees but a small percentage of them manage to find themselves a job. It is high time, we get the basics right – be it in the much required awareness on career choices right from the beginning or following the advanced levels of teaching, in which the importance of practical goes beyond the theory
Engineering degree is said to be more than one lakh.

The number of graduates, postgraduates, and attorneys will be more than one lakh and the number of university graduates is less than 5 lakh. How unemployment in Tamil Nadu is facingImage result for engineering job less

Turbo combustion engine technology is that almost converting exhaust gas into a useful power. In this type of engine technology the fuel is compressed to a high extent and the expansion stroke is applied on the rotor.
It is almost entirely different from the common IC engines, because here the four processes occur in every rotation. In a first half revolution, the suction and expansion processes are occurs and the second half of the revolution, the compression and exhaust processes are completed.
So, long power stroke can be obtained in every single revolution.
These Turbo Combustion engine can be made in single or multiple cylinders to suit variety of applications.

ADVANTAGES
Ø  Nearing 70% of fuel is saved.
Ø  It eco-friendly engine (i.e. petrol, diesel, biodiesel, gasoline, and Hydrogen).
Ø  Less vibration.
Ø  Friction is reduced.
Ø  Noise is reduced.
Ø Cam shaft is not required, though the cams are machined in the crank shaft.

RAPID PROTOTYPING

 RAPID PROTOTYPING

This paper deals with” RAPID PROTOTYPING” as in conventional machining process. Rapid prototyping refer to creation of three-dimensional objects directly from CAD files. And it is the automatic construction of physical objects using solid freeform fabrication. System of rapid prototyping to a set of processes in which the physical object is obtained directly from its cad model without explicitly going through the various steps of manufacturing which includes tooling and material removal. Rapid prototyping system using base materials are thermoplastics, metal powders, eutectic metals, photopolymer, titanium alloys and various materials. It advantages is offers direct manufacturing from cad files and sketches and paperless manufacturing, very past development of functional parts is possible, it offers greater capability to compute mass properties of components and assemblies.
 INDRODUCTION

Rapid prototyping starts with quick creation of manufacturing ready, CAD models; continues to verify the design using CAE (computer aided engineering) tools.the first techniques for rapid prototyping became available in the late 1980s and were used to produce models and prototypes parts. Today, they are used for a much wider range of applications and are even used to manufacture production quality parts in relatively small numbers. Some sculptors use the technology to produce complex shapes for fine arts exihibition. In rapid prototyping, the machine reads in data from a CAD drawing and lays down successive layers of liquid, powder, or sheet material, and in this way builds up the model from a series of cross sections.

PROTOTYPING
Prototyping can resolve uncertainty about how well a design fits the user's needs. It helps designers to make decisions by obtaining information from users about the necessary functionality of the system, user help needs, a suitable sequence of operations, and the look of the interface.

PROTOTYPING METHODS

Various kinds of prototyping have been developed to obtain different kinds of information such as requirements animation, rapid, incremental, and evolutionary prototyping.
v Requirements animation, in most cases used to demonstrate functionally, is construed in the software prototype that can be assessed by users.
v Rapid prototyping is a form of collecting information on requirements and on the adequacy of possible designs.
v Incremental prototyping enables large systems to be installed in phases to avoid delays between specification and delivery.
v Prototyping evolutionary considered to be the most involved form of prototyping, is a compromise between production and prototyping.

HIGH SPEED MACHINING USING CRYOGENICS

HIGH SPEED MACHINING USING CRYOGENICS
Image result for HIGH SPEED MACHINING USING CRYOGENICS

In conventional machining processes when we go for high speed excessive heat is generated during the chip formation process, which increases the temperature of cutting tool and accelerates tool wear. Conventionally cutting fluid is used to cool and lubricate cutting process. However conventional cooling process has inherent health and environmental problems .In addition to this a process should facilitate longer tool life ,higher cutting speed ,better work surface, less built up edge, easier chip breaking and lower production cost.

Image result for HIGH SPEED MACHINING USING CRYOGENICS
Cryogenic machining is one such process in which above mentioned features are present. Cryogenic machining uses Liquid Nitrogen (LN2) as a coolant. LN2 has a boiling point of -199 degree centigrade. It has been observed that at cryogenic temperatures tool materials get harder and stronger. A micro nozzle is formed between tool face and chip breaker and LN2 is passed through it. The chip breaker helps to lift chip so that the jet reaches the hottest spot i.e. tool chip interface. At this point LN2 absorbs heat and evaporates producing gas cushion causing lubrication effect. This localized cryogenic cooling reduces the tool face temperature, enhances its hardness, so less wear rate .The lubrication effect reduces friction and tool wear.
This new cryogenic machining eliminates the built up edge (BUE) problem on tools because cold temperature reduces possibility of chips welding to tool. So the process will allow high speed cutting without built up edge. In addition to various advantages of the cryogenic machining, the paper discloses the comparison of cryogenic machining with conventional process in the aspects of tool life, productivity, and production cost
